Jake Birmingham joined the company in September 2025 as Chief Financial Officer. Jake has significant finance, compliance and controls experience that includes acquisition due diligence, acquisition on-boarding, new public company controls preparation, financial analysis and software industry accounting. Jake has reported to public company Board of Directors for over 20 years, most recently as the VP of Internal Audit for Carrier Corporation overseeing controls and compliance across the globe. He was also the VP Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer for Roper Technologies as the company transformed from an industrial technology business to a market leading business in innovative software and technology. Throughout his career, he has advised businesses on accounting, compliance and controls ranging from $10M to $20B in revenue. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified in Risk Management Assurance.
